Caridon Foundation

Caridon Foundation provides a not for profit arm to the Caridon Group.  Set up in April 2017, the Foundation offers housing related support to tenants that are deemed vulnerable within the community and who find it difficult to manage their day-to-day affairs and/or suffer tenancy related issues which may pose a threat of eviction.

The service was initially rolled out in the London Borough of Croydon and has since extended its services in a number of other Boroughs around London.

Caridon Foundation helps tenants to successfully manage their tenancy, avoid eviction processes, improve on money management, promote independence and link them into long-term support.  Our goal is to ensure tenants remain in their property for longer and move on to long term housing options when they are ready.
