Our team can also help people get out and about with companionship care and trips into the community. We are also equipped to offer flexible post-hospital discharge care, support getting home from appointments, respite for family carers, and live in care packages. We deliver bespoke care packages – from weekly visits to extensive multiple care visits during the day and night – tailored to suit your unique needs. We also have the provision for end-of-life care for those preferring to spend their final days at home. We use the latest technology to feed information back to our office in real-time so any issues can be dealt with by our dedicated office team immediately. Loved ones may also access up-to-date information on the care plan via a dedicated phone app.

Our recruitment process is thorough and all our Care Professionals are employed by us. Those selected to join our team receive high-quality training, support and ongoing professional development to ensure the very highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.
